A big communal garden with a swimming pool and splendid view over the Gardameer. Peaceful situated in a nature park of 20000m2 (with olive trees and vines), only 1,5km from the lake and beach. The residence consists of 8 different apartments, reception and a communal launderette. In the surrounding, there are many possibilities to sport (tennis, golf, tugging, horse riding, mountain bike etc.). Furthermore, it is an ideal starting point to visit Saló (10min. drive), Gardaland (the biggest amusement park in Italy, 30min.), Verona (45 min.), Venice (less than 2hours) or Milan (1,5hours).

Small dogs are admitted (dogs must measure no more than 40 cm from the withers). The owner reserves the right to demand a surplus cleaning charge from those caught breaking the rules. Offenders may even be asked to vacate the premises.
