The Lake Garda Meeting Optimist Class is a regatta for teenagers. It takes place in April in Riva del Garda at Lake Garda. The best chance to enjoy an exciting race of the juniors.

Fraglia Vela Riva is proud to organize every year the Garda Optimist Meeting, an event dedicated to youth sailing and in particular to the Optimist class, now in its 37th edition. The event has been certified Guinness World Record®, to be the largest single class regatta in the world with 1055 actual participants registered in 2012 and surpassed in the following years. The event, like every year, is for Easter week and attracts a thousand baby sailors from 9 to 15 years old from over 30 countries. More than 1300 participants are expected this year.
