Pasqua Musicale Arcense - Easter concert series - Arco

Back in Arco, from 12 April to 5 May 2019, the Easter Musical Arcense 2019 takes place, an important event dedicated to classical music, both sacred and profane, which reaches its 46th edition this year.

Many of the performances on the program that see the participation of great orchestras and international conductors hosted in the most prestigious buildings of Arco, such as the Collegiate and Evangelical Churches of the Holy Trinity, the Ballroom of the Municipal Casino, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Grace, the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows in Bolognano and, new this year, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Laghel. Admission is free.

Pasqua Musicale Arcense was an idea of Monsignor Flaim and pastor Franz Otto Zanfrini, who together with Fausto Gobbi and Pietro Forcinella 46 years ago thought of a concert agenda for the Easter period. The founder of the orchestra of Pasqua Musicale Arcense was the famous German musician Peter Braschkat, who very close to the city called Arco musicians of international level. Over the years, in addition to the musicians of Peter Braschkat, other local means have been added, including the music of the city of Arco Camerata, the ensemble Niccolò d'Arco and the Scuola Musicale Alto Garda.
