The most important event at Bardolino is the wine and grapes festival Festa dell’Uva e del Vino. It takes place in the end of September or at the beginning of October. With more than 100,000 visitors the festival enjoys cult status.

The festival is completely under the sign of the local wine and the cultivated grapes. Especially the domestic wines Bardolino Classico and Bardolino Chiaretto. The nice atmosphere attracts wine fans and people from all over Europe to come to the small village Bardolino at Lake Garda.

Alongside the beach promenade Punta Mirabello and the Punta Cornicello local wineries offer samples of their wine and of course you can buy the wines too. Typical Italian food can be tried and the numerous fringe events with music make the festival the perfect event to spend some nice hours with friends.

The end of the Festa dell’Uva e del Vino is celebrated with large fireworks.
