The concert summer starts in Gardone-Riviera at Lake Garda in June. This is the possibility to enjoy concerts of many national and international artists live.

The event consist of classical and modern ballets, classic, pop or jazz music concerts as well as some theater pieces in an open-air theater. The motto of the famous Festival del Vittoriale changes every year. The highlight of the event is the unique open-air theater with an fantastic acoustic.

The open-air theater in Gardone Riviera, were the festival del Vittoriale takes place, was designed by the poet Gabriele d´Annunzio. He wanted to build a theater with an amazing view on the Isola del Garda, the Rocca di Manerba and Sirmione. The construction of the open-air theater, started in 1934, but was stopped due to financial difficulties. In 1952 it was finally finished and on 8th August 1953 it was inaugurated festive.
